| 目的：分析运动与护理一体化干预模式在急性踝关节损伤患者康复过程的应用效果；方法：选取我院在2019年1月到2021年5月收治的52例踝关节损伤患者，采用随机数字法分成两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施运动与护理一体化干预措施，分析及对比两组患者临床相关数据；结果：干预后，观察组踝关节功能评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；结论：运动与护理一体化干预模式在急性踝关节损伤患者康复过程中具有显著的运用效果。通过运动训练、护理干预、教育和指导等多方面的综合干预，可以促进急性踝关节损伤功能的恢复和改善，提高患者的生活质量和康复效果。运动与护理一体化干预模式在踝关节损伤患者中应用具有较好的临床效果。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the application effect of integrated exercise and nursing intervention mode in the rehabilitation process of patients with acute ankle joint injury; Methods: Fifty-two patients with ankle joint injury admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were divided into two groups by random number method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received integrated intervention measures of exercise and nursing. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After intervention, the ankle joint function scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated intervention mode of exercise and nursing has a remarkable effect in the rehabilitation of patients with acute ankle joint injury. Through the comprehensive intervention of sports training, nursing intervention, education and guidance, it can promote the recovery and improvement of the function of acute ankle joint injury, improve the quality of life and rehabilitation effect of patients. The integrated intervention mode of exercise and nursing has good clinical effect in patients with ankle joint injury. |
