      大脑与肠道以肠道菌群为介导进行双向交流,称为微生物—肠—脑轴。缺血性脑卒中(Ischemic Stroke,IS)发生后会引起肠道菌群失调,肠道菌群的失调又会影响到IS的发展和预后。研究者们通过大量研究发现肠道菌群与IS病理上密切相关,或许可以作为IS早期诊断和防治的指标之一,并且发现调节肠道菌群可以影响IS的预后。现就微生物—肠—脑轴相关性以及相应的干预方法进行综述,以期为IS的治疗提供新的思路。
英文摘要:
      The bidirectional communication between brain and gut is mediated by gastrointestinal microbiome, which is called microbiota-gut-brain axis. Ischemic Stroke (IS) and the imbalance of intestinal flora have the mutual influence. Through a large number of studies, researchers have found that intestinal flora is closely related to the pathology of IS, and can be used as one of the indicators for early diagnosis and prevention of IS, and found it can affect the prognosis of IS by regulating intestinal flora. This article reviews the correlation between microbiota-gut-brain axis and the corresponding intervention methods, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of IS.
