| 目的:分析针对性护理干预对更年期功能失调性子宫出血( P-DUB )患者身心状态 的 改 善 影 响 。 方 法 :将2019 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月医院接收的 70 例 P-DUB 患者作为研究对象,基于随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各 35 例,分别接受常规护理与针对性护理干预。 比较两组护理后患者心理状态、子宫出血量、性激素指标以及护 理 满 意 度 。 结 果 :护 理 后 两 组 心 理 状 态 显 著 改 善 ,且 研 究 组 症 状 自 评 量 表 ( SCL-90 )各 项 评 分 均 优 于 对 照 组 ( P <0.05 );护理后两组患者子宫出血量、性激素指标 [ 促卵泡激素( FSH )、促黄体生成素( LH ) ] 均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组( P<0.05 );研究组护理满意高于对照组( P<0.05 )。 结论:将针对性护理应用于 P-DUB 患者治疗过程中,能有效改善患者的心理状态和性激素水平,同时提高患者的护理满意度。 |

| Objective: Analyze the impact of targeted nursing interventions on the improvement of physical and mental status of patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(P-DUB). Methods: 70 patients with P-DUB admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Based on a random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 35 patients in each group received routine care and targeted nursing interventions, respectively. Compared the psychological status, uterine bleeding volume, sex hormone indicators, and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients after nursing care. Results: After nursing, the psychological status of the two groups significantly improved, and the study group's Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) scores were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05). After nursing, the uterine bleeding volume and sex hormone indexes [Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)] of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Applying targeted care to the treatment process of P-DUB patients can effectively improve their psychological state and sex hormone levels, while also improving their nursing satisfaction. |
