      目的:探索走罐治疗斑块状银屑病的最佳走罐负压及摩擦次数的组合。方法:选取2019年1~12月于新疆医科大学附属中医医院住院治疗的128例银屑病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分成四组,每组32例。采用析因设计,两因素两水平分别为:走罐负压0.01~0.02 MPa、0.03~0.04 MPa;摩擦次数20次或30次。四组分别在走罐前及出院后进行银屑病面积与严重程度指数(PASI)评分、疗效评判,出院后3个月随访观察患者满意度以及复发情况。结果:四组走罐后的PASI评分及疗效比较有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);走罐负压与摩擦次数的交互作用比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.149,P=0.701);负压的主效应比较,差异有统计学意义(F=55.078,P<0.001);摩擦次数的主效应比较,差异无统计学意义(F=1.423,P=0.235)。结论:负压为0.03~0.04 MPa、摩擦次数为20次或30次时的走罐治疗较为理想,为临床提供有效依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the optimal combination of negative pressure and friction times of cupping in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods: A total of 128 patients with plaque psoriasis hospitalized in the affiliated hospital of traditional chinese medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into 4 groups with 32 cases in each group. The factorial design was adopted, and the two factors and two levels were: the negative pressure of the tank were 0.01~0.02 MPa, 0.03~0.04 MPa; The number of frictions were 20 or 30 times. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores and efficacy evaluation were performed in the 4 groups before and after discharge, respectively. The patient satisfaction and recurrence were observed at 3 months after discharge. Results: After cupping, PASI scores and efficacy evaluation of 4 groups were improved, but there were no statistical significance (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the interaction between the negative pressure and the friction times (F=0.149, P=0.701); there was a statistically significant difference in the Main effect of the negative pressure (F=55.078, P<0.001); and there was no statistically significant difference in the Main effect of the friction times (F=1.423, P=0.235). Conclusion: The cupping treatment is ideal when the negative pressure is 0.03~0.04 MPa and the friction times are 20 or 30 times, which provides an effective basis for clinical treatment.
