      近年来由于抗生素的广泛应用,细菌对抗生素的耐药性正在迅速扩散,随着时间的推移,细菌不断进化,细菌基因的变异和基因传递等机制发生变化,细菌耐药现象导致抗生素的有效性普遍下降。由于多重耐药和泛耐药菌株的出现,细菌感染性疾病的治疗面临着巨大的困境。本文概述了细菌耐药的现状和耐药机制,详细介绍了清热解毒类药物(如黄芩、金银花、鱼腥草、薄荷 、鱼腥草、黄连、黄柏、大黄、夏枯草、连翘、苦参[1]、等)及其有效成分对抗细菌耐药性的作用机制和研究进展。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, due to the widespread use of antibiotics, bacterial resistance to antibiotics is rapidly spreading. Over time, bacteria continue to evolve, leading to changes in mechanisms such as bacterial gene mutation and gene transfer. The phenomenon of bacterial resistance has led to a widespread decrease in the effectiveness of antibiotics. The emergence of multidrug-resistant and pan-resistant strains poses a significant challenge to the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases. This article provides an overview of the current status and mechanisms of bacterial resistance, and discusses in detail the action mechanisms and research progress of heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs (such as Scutellaria baicalensis, Lonicera japonica, Houttuynia cordata, Mentha, Forsythia suspensa, Coptis chinensis, Phellodendron amurense, Rheum, Prunella vulgaris, Forsythia suspensa, and Sophora flavescens [1], etc.) and their active components in combating bacterial resistance.
