| 目的 观察何氏通淋排石汤加减联合艾灸对输尿管镜碎石术后疗效的影响。方法 研究总计纳入120例输尿管结石患者（2021年8月~2023年6月收治）采取随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，患者均采取输尿管镜碎石术治疗，对照组患者（60例）术后常规治疗，研究组患者（60例）术后常规治疗结合何氏通淋排石汤加减及艾灸治疗，各组患者临床数据对比：结石清除率、术后并发症率、术后1周及术后2周、术后3周患者疼痛评分（视觉模拟疼痛评分法，VAS）情况、术后1d与术后3周患者C反应蛋白（CRP）水平以及白细胞（WBC）水平情况。结果 研究组患者结石清除率（98.33%）显著高于对照组患者（88.33%），p＜0.05；与对照组（13.33%）比较，研究组患者术后的并发症率更低（3.33%），p＜0.05；术后1周及术后2周、术后3周，研究组患者VAS评分均低于对照组患者，p＜0.05；术后1d与术后3周研究组患者CRP水平与WBC水平均低于对照组患者，p＜0.05。结论 何氏通淋排石汤加减联合艾灸可提升输尿管镜碎石术后疗效，提升结石清除率以及降低术后并发症率，术后疼痛轻，机体炎症反应轻，恢复好，值得应用。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of He Shi Tong Lin Pai Shi Tang plus or less combined with moxibustion on postoperative efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ureterolithiasis (admitted from August 2021 to June 2023) were divided into control group and study group by random number table method. All patients were treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy, 60 patients in the control group received conventional postoperative treatment, and 60 patients in the study group received conventional postoperative treatment combined with He"s Tonglin Peishi decoction plus moxibustion treatment. Comparison of clinical data in each group: stone clearance rate, postoperative complication rate, pain score (VAS) 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery, C-reactive protein (CRP) level and white blood cell (WBC) level 1 day and 3 weeks after surgery. Results The calculus clearance rate of the study group 98.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.33%), p < 0.05. Compared with the control group (13.33%), the postoperative complication rate of the study group was lower (3.33%), p < 0.05; VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery, p < 0.05; The levels of CRP and WBC in the study group 1 day and 3 weeks after surgery were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05).Conclusion He"s Tonglin Paishi Decoction combined with moxibustion can improve the postoperative efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy, increase the stone clearance rate and reduce the postoperative complication rate, and the postoperative pain is light, the body inflammation is light, and the recovery is good, which is worthy of application. |
