子宫内膜异位症(EMs,简称内异症)是常见的妇科疑难病之一,易转移、侵袭和复发,早期诊断难及时,临床疗效不理想。近年来的研究表明,子宫内膜细胞发生上皮间质转化(EMT)在EMs的发生发展过程中展现了重要影响作用,而调控内异症EMT过程涉及多条信号通路,如Wnt/β连环蛋白(β-catenin)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad、Notch等信号通路。中医药在临床上对EMs的治疗有较好的效果,具有个体化治疗优势,适合对内异症进行长期管理、综合治疗,但中医药对其作用机理尚不明确。本文旨在探索中医药调控内异症EMT过程相关信号通路的研究,以期为EMs的临床防治提供思路。 |

Endometriosis (EMs) is one of the common gynecological diseases, which is prone to metastasis, invasion and recurrence, and the early diagnosis is difficult to be timely and the clinical outcome is unsatisfactory. Recent studies have shown that endometrial cells undergo epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), which plays an important role in the development of EMs, and the process of regulating EMT in endometriosis involves several signalling pathways, such as Wnt/β-catenin, transforming growth factor β (TGF-β)/Smad, Notch and other signalling pathways. TCM has been clinically effective in the treatment of EMs and has the advantage of individualized treatment, which is suitable for the long-term management and comprehensive treatment of endoheterosis, but the mechanism of action of TCM on it is still unclear. The aim of this paper is to explore the study of signalling pathways related to the regulation of the EMT process in endometriosis by TCM, with a view to providing ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of EMs. |
