| 目的 探讨郑氏“金鸡啄米”法输刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛（PTN）的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年7月至2021年12月我院收治的60例PTN患者为研究对象，依就诊先后编号按随机数字表法分入观察组和对照组（各30例）。对照组采用常规针刺法，观察组采用郑氏“金鸡啄米”法输刺治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、中医证候疗效以及治疗前后疼痛症状积分、简式Mc-Gill疼痛检测量表评分变化情况。结果 与对照组（73.33%、70.00%）相比，观察组治疗总有效率和中医证候疗效总有效率（93.33%、93.33%）均较高（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组疼痛症状积分较治疗前下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组视觉模拟效果（VAS）、疼痛分级指数（PRI）、现有疼痛强度（PPI）评分较治疗前均下降，且观察组VAS、PRI、PPI评分下降幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 郑氏“金鸡啄米”法输刺治疗PTN疗效确切，可即时缓解疼痛，减轻症状。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Zheng""s "golden chicken pecking rice" acupuncture treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN). Methods: Sixty patients with PTN admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group (30 cases each) according to the number of visits by random number table method. The control group was given with conventional acupuncture, the observation group given with Zheng""s "golden chicken pecking rice" transfusion therapy. The therapeutic effect, TCM syndrome effect, pain symptom score, simple Mc-Gill pain measurement scale scores were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with control group (73.33% and 70.00%), the total effective rate of treatment and TCM syndromes in observation group (93.33% and 93.33%) were higher(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain symptom score of the two groups was decreased, and the indexes in observation group was lower compared with control group(P<0.05). Visual analog effect (VAS), pain grading index (PRI) and existing pain intensity (PPI) scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the VAS, PRI and PPI scores in observation group were lower compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zheng""s "golden chicken pecking rice" method of acupuncture treatment of PTN is effective, which can immediately relieve pain, reduce symptoms. |
