| 目的：更年期功能失调性子宫出血(P-DUB)对中老年女性群体生活质量影响较大,分析针对性护理辅以干预对患者身心状态的改善影响。方法：将2019.02月2022.02月我院接收的70例P-DUB患者作为研究对象,基于数字表法将上述研究对象分为2组,分别接受常规护理与针对性护理。对比观察两组护理模式应用后患者心理状态、临床指标以及护理满意度数据变化。结果：使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估护理干预前后患者的心理状态发现,研究组经护理干预后心理状态有得到显著改善 优于对照组(P＜0.05)；同护理干预前相比,经护理干预后患者子宫出血量有显著降低,且性激素指标FSH、LH水平有下降 ,研究组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)；对比观察两组护理干预方式满意度评价,研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结 论：将针对性护理应用于P-DUB患者治疗过程中,不仅能降低出血量,还能调节改善患者的性激素水平与血常规指标,有助于提 高患者对临床护理干预效果满意度评价,值得临床推广应用该护理方案。 |

| Objective: Menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (P-DUB) has a great influence on the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women. To analyze the influence of targeted nursing supplemented by intervention on the improvement of physical and mental state of patients. Methods: Seventy cases of P-DUB patients received in our hospital from February 2019.02 to February 2022.02 were taken as research objects.Based on the digital table method, the above subjects were divided into two groups, which received routine nursing and targeted nursing respectively.The changes of psychological state, clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction data after the application of the two groups of nursing modes were compared and observed.Results:Symptom Self-Rating Scale (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the mental state of patients before and after nursing intervention. It was found that the mental state of the study group was significantly improved after nursing intervention, which was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05)；compared with before nursing intervention, the amount of uterine bleeding was significantly decreased after nursing intervention, and the levels of sex hormone indexes FSH and LH were decreased, and the improvement was more obvious in the study group (P < 0.05). Comparing and observing the satisfaction evaluation of nursing intervention between the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of targeted nursing in the treatment of P-DUB patients can not only reduce the amount of blood loss, but also adjust and improve the level of sex hormones and blood routine indexes of patients, which is helpful to improve the satisfaction evaluation of patients on the effect of clinical nursing intervention, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application of this nursing program. |
