| 目的：分析诱导排痰技术用于老年COPD患者痰标本质量采集控制中效果。方法：研究时间：2022年2月—2023年2月。选择我院30例COPD患者为研究对象,对上述患者实施诱导排痰干预,分析患者在诱导前10分钟和诱导结束后心率、呼吸、指脉氧情况以及不良反应和满意度,对比诱导前后的一次性诱导排痰留取标本的成功率。结果：在本次研究的30例患者中,对诱导排痰干预的耐受性均较高,同时完成整个诱导,获得有效痰液30份,而在整个过程中,仅仅有2例患者出现不良反应,其发生率为6.67%,其中恶心为1例,咽喉不适为1例,不良情况均较为轻微,未做特殊处理,患者自行缓解,满意度评分的平均分值为(94.22±3.17)分。诱导前后患者的心率、呼吸、指脉氧差异不存在统计学意义,p＞0.05。诱导后,患者一次性诱导排痰留取标本的成功率高于诱导前,p＜0.05。结论：对于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,实施诱导排痰技术可以收集最佳痰液标本,同时患者耐受程度较高,对其心率、呼吸、指脉氧等影响较小,安全性较高。 |

| Objective:To analysis the induced sputum expectoration drainage technology used in elderly patients with COPD specimen quality acquisition of the control effect.Methods: The study time: February 2022 - February 2023. Choice of COPD patients in 30 cases as the research object, on the implementation of induced sputum intervention, the patients in 10 minutes before the induction and analysis of patients after the induced heart rate, respiration, pulse oxygen condition and adverse reactions and the degree of satisfaction, contrast before and after induction of one-time success rate of induced expectoration drainage to return specimen.Results: In the study of 30 cases, tolerability of induced expectoration drainage intervention is higher, at the same time to complete the whole induction, effective sputum for 30, in the whole process, there is only 2 cases of patients with adverse reactions, and its incidence was 6.67%, including 1 nausea for example, throat discomfort for 1 case, adverse conditions are relatively mild, do not make special treatment, the patients to relieve, satisfaction score of the average score was (94.22 + 3.17) points. Patients before and after induction of heart rate, breathing, pulse oxygen, there is no statistically significant difference,p>0.05. After induction, patients with one-time induced sputum file.usd10.00 specimens before the success rate is higher than the induction, p < 0.05.Conclusion: In elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, implement induced expectoration drainage technology can collect the best sputum specimens, and patient tolerance degree is higher, the heart rate, breathing, refers to the pulse oxygen, such as less affected, security is higher. |
