| 摘要
目的 本研究旨在探讨HOXD3在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化的方法检测77例宫颈组织石蜡标本中宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织中HOXD3的表达水平进行研究，分析HOXD3表达水平与宫颈癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。结果 免疫组织化学结果显示，HOXD3基因在正常组织、CIN、早期宫颈癌（IB1-IB2期）、局部晚期（IB3期）及中晚期（II-III期）表达率逐步升高(p=0.001)，而HOXD3与患者各年龄段的表达无明显差异（p >0.05）。结论 HOXD3在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著增加，并与宫颈癌的FIGO分期相关。

| ABSTRACT
Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the expression level and clinical significance of HOXD3 in cervical cancer tissue.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry, the expression levels of HOXD3 were examined in 77 paraffin-embedded cervical tissue samples, including cervical cancer tissue and normal cervical tissue. The correlation between HOXD3 expression levels and clinical pathological parameters in cervical cancer patients was analyzed.Results: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression rate of HOXD3 gene gradually increased in normal tissue, CIN, early cervical cancer (IB1-IB2 stage), local advanced stage (IB3 stage), and mid-late stage (II-III stage) (p=0.001). However, there was no significant difference in the expression of HOXD3 among different age groups (p>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of HOXD3 was significantly increased in cervical cancer tissue, and was correlated with the FIGO stage of cervical cancer.
