      目的:观察补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型自然流产的临床疗效,并探讨PSG-1在该治疗中可能存在的机制。方法:治疗组随机选取中医科门诊的肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者50例,观察组选取正常妊娠女性50例,并抽取两组患者的血清进行化验,治疗组用补肾活血方治疗,正常妊娠组不用药。观察补肾活血方治疗前后妊娠特异性-1糖蛋白(PSG-1)及子宫动脉阻力RI、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、雌二醇(E2)的变化,并与观察组作对照。结果:补肾活血方通过升高PSG-1,来降低子宫动脉阻力RI,升高HCG、E2,改善妊娠预后。结论:补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型不明原因复发性流产安全有效,其机制可能与调节PSG-1有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Formula in treating unexplained recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and to investigate the possible molecular mechanism of PSG-1 in treating unexplained spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods: 50 cases of recurrent abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly selected as the treatment group, and 50 cases of normal pregnant women were randomly selected as the blank control group. Serum secretion was extracted from two groups of patients before medication and one month after medication, and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue formula (twice a day), while the normal pregnancy group did not use any drugs.Uterine artery resistance RI, human chorionic gonadotropin HCG, estradiol E2 and PSG-1 were observed before and after treatment with Bushen Huoxue formula, and were compared with healthy control group.Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue formula can reduce uterine artery resistance RI, increase HCG, E2 and improve pregnancy prognosis by increasing PSG-1.Bushen Huoxue formula is safe and effective in treating unexplained recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
