| 目的：观察芪黄灌肠液联合穴位贴敷治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：选取2021年6月～2022年12月期间因湿热型溃疡性结肠炎就诊于我科的96例患者作为研究对象。随机将96例湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者分为三组，A组：芪黄灌肠液治疗。B组：穴位贴敷治疗。C组：芪黄灌肠液联合穴位贴敷治疗。观察三组患者的症状缓解程度、治疗有效率和生活质量。结果：C组相较于其他两组症状评分明显降低，与治疗前及A、B组治疗后分数对比均具有统计学意义；C组患治疗有效率为81.25%；通过使用SF-36生活质量量表评分发现，C组患者升高尤为明显。结论：通过对C组的疗效进行观察发现，治疗效果明显优于单独使用A组或B组的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract Objective: to observe the efficacy of Qihuang enema combined with acupoint application in the treatment of damp-heat ulcerative colitis. Methods: 96 patients with ulcerative colitis of damp-heat type from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects. 96 patients with ulcerative colitis of damp-heat type were randomly divided into three groups: group A: treated with Qihuang enema. Group B: acupoint application treatment. Group C: Qihuang enema combined with acupoint application. The degree of symptom relief, effective rate of treatment and quality of life of the three groups were observed. Results: the symptom score of group C was significantly lower than that of the other two groups, and it was statistically significant compared with the scores of groups An and B before treatment and after treatment. The effective rate of treatment in group C was 81.25%. Through the use of SF-36 quality of life scale score, it was found that the increase of patients in group C was particularly significant. Conclusion: through the observation of the curative effect of group C, it is found that the therapeutic effect is obviously better than that of group An or group B alone. |
