| 目的：探究甲硝唑对慢性牙周炎的治疗成效。方法：选取2020年02月到2020年08月收治的90例慢性牙周炎患者，按照抽签法，分成对比组、实验组，各45例。对比组在基础治疗上采取盐酸米诺环素软膏用药，而试验组在此基础上增添甲硝唑用药。对比疗效、不良反应、炎症。结果：实验组的疗效更高（X2=7.200，P<0.05），其CRP更低（t=2.581，P<0.05）。但两组在不良反应上数据接近（X2=0.073，P>0.05）。结论：甲硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素可显著消除炎症，提高慢性牙周炎治疗成效，并无副作用增加，其临床安全性相对较高。 |

| Objective: to investigate the effect of metronidazole on chronic periodontitis. Methods: 90 patients with chronic periodontitis from February 2020 to August 2020 were divided into control group (N = 45) and experimental group (N = 45) . The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment, while the test group was treated with metronidazole. Contrast efficacy, adverse reactions, inflammation. Results: the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher (x2 = 7.200, P & Lt; 0.05) , and CRP was lower (T = 2.581, P & Lt; 0.05) . However, the adverse reactions were similar between the two groups (x2 = 0.073, P > 0.05) . Conclusion: metronidazole combined with minocycline hydrochloride can significantly eliminate inflammation, improve the efficacy of chronic periodontitis without increased side effects, and its clinical safety is relatively high. |
