| 目的：探讨儿童支气管哮喘采用热毒宁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效。方法：随机将我院收治的小儿支气管哮喘112例分为对照组（n=56，孟鲁司特钠）和实验组（n=56，热毒宁联合孟鲁司特钠），对比两组治疗后疗效、症状缓解时间及症候积分、血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-6水平及肺功能指标水平变化。结果：实验组疗效明显较高（P< 0.05）；实验组症状缓解时间及症候评分较对照组显著降低（P< 0.05）；两组血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-6水平及肺功能指标明显改善（P< 0.05）；并且实验组改善较多（P< 0.05）。结论：采用热毒宁联合孟鲁司特钠对儿童支气管哮喘具有较好的临床疗效，能够改善IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-6水平。 |

| Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of reduxin combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 110 children with bronchial asthma who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=56, Montelukast sodium) and experimental group (n=56, refluxine combined with montelukast sodium). The therapeutic effect, symptom remission time, symptom score, serum levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-6 and the levels of lung function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Symptom remission time and symptom score of experimental group were significantly decreased compared with control group (P<0.05). Serum levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-6 and lung function indexes were significantly improved in both groups (P<0.05). And the experimental group improved more(P<0.05). Conclusion: Redrining combined with montelukast sodium has a good clinical effect on children with bronchial asthma, and can improve the levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-6. |
