      目的:系统评价OCTA检测高度近视患者视网膜及脉络膜毛细血管密度、视神经纤维层的改变。方法:检索PubMed和中国知网及万方数据库查找相关已发表的研究。主要观察指标是:黄斑区浅层及深层微血管密度、脉络膜血管密度及视网膜神经纤维层厚度、中心凹无血管区面积(FAZ)。结果:纳入2017年后9篇符合条件的文献进行meta分析。高度近视黄斑区视网膜浅、深血管密度及脉络膜毛细血管密度低于对照组,高度近视眼视神经纤维层厚度也明显降低。高度近视组黄斑区无血管区面积无明显改变。结论:在近视进程中,视网膜和脉络膜血管网密度的改变可能与眼轴伸长有关。高度近视患者微血管网的改变是病理性近视的发病基础。OCTA是一种有效的、无创的近视进展监测手段。
英文摘要:
      objective: System evaluation OCTA testing high myopia patients with retinal and choroid blood capillary density, the change of optic nerve fiber layer.Methods: to retrieve the PubMed and China hownet search relevant published studies and a database of ten thousand.Is the main observation indexes: the macular area of shallow and deep microvascular density, the density of the choroid blood vessels and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, center concave avascular area area (FAZ).Results: the qualified paper into 9 after 2017 meta analysis.High myopia macular area shallow, deep vascular density and choroid retinal capillary density is lower than the control group, high myopia optic nerve fiber layer thickness is decreased obviously.High myopia group macular area avascular area area has no obvious change.Conclusion: in the process of myopia, the retina and choroid blood vessels density change may be related to axial elongation.Changes in high myopia patients with microvascular network is the basis of pathological myopia.OCTA is an effective and noninvasive means of myopia progression monitoring.
