| 中医药文化与民俗文化有着源流关系和共生状态，“治未病”观的形成与发展，离不开民俗文化的孕育与滋养。本文梳理分析客家民俗文化对赣南地区“治未病”理论形成的影响，发现自然与人文地理环境是造成“治未病”理论地域差异的根源，“医俗同源共进”使得客家民俗成为赣南“治未病”的主要表现形式和物质载体，对民俗文化的扬弃是创新发展区域“治未病”理论的现实路径，有助于构建差异化的区域治未病服务体系。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine culture and folk culture have a relationship of origin and symbiosis. The formation and development of the concept of " preventive treatment of disease " is inseparable from the nurture and nourishment of folk culture. This paper analyzes the influence of Hakka folk culture on the formation of the theory of " preventive treatment of disease " in Gannan area, and finds that the natural and human geographical environment is the root cause of the regional difference of the theory of " preventive treatment of disease. " " Medical and folk homology " makes Hakka folk custom become the main form and material carrier of " preventive treatment of disease " in Gannan area. The sublation of folk culture is the realistic path of innovating and developing the theory of " preventive treatment of disease " in the region, which is helpful to construct a differentiated regional service system for preventive treatment of disease. |
