      目的:对吴茱萸进行生态适宜性区划研究,预测其生态适宜性分布区域。方法:第四次全国中药资源普查实地调查收集位点信息84个,通过物种信息及位置信息核对,最终筛选到有效位点262个。利用MaxEnt模型:和ArcGIS软件进行适生区模拟预测并统计面积。结果:发现降水量和气温对吴茱萸生长起主导作用,利用Maxent模型对吴茱萸分布进行预测,发现吴茱萸主要分布在江西、浙江、安徽及湖北等省。结论:与《中国植物志》记载基本一致,说明预测的结果与实际较合理,对吴茱萸的道地药材生态种植布局研究具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the ecological suitability regionalization of Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth, predict the ecological suitability distribution area, explore the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth , and provide substantive basis for the quality regionalization and production regionalization of Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth officinalis. Methods: A total of 84 sites were collected during the fourth National Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources, and 262 effective sites were finally screened through the verification of species information and location information. MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software were used to simulate and predict the suitable area and calculate the area. Results: It was found that precipitation and temperature played a leading role in the growth of Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. The distribution of Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth was predicted by Maxent model, and it was found that Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth was mainly distributed in Jiangxi、Zhejiang、Anhui and Hubei provinces.Conclusion: It is basically consistent with the records in 《Flora of China》, indicating that the predicted results are reasonable with the actual situation, and it has certain guiding significance for the study of the ecological planting layout Euodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.
