      目的:探索中药离子导入加速正畸牙移动的作用。方法:选择30例于江西省人民医院就诊的安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者,拔除双侧上颌第一前磨牙,随机分成三组,每组10人,进行自身半口随机对照实验,选择单侧拔牙区颊侧进行丹参注射液离子导入(实验侧),对侧给予生理盐水处理(对照侧),随后远中移动尖牙,测量第一个月、第二个月、第三个月、第四个月双侧尖牙远中移动距离。第一组患者仅在第一个月进行离子导入,第二组患者在前两个月进行离子导入,第三组患者在前三个月进行离子导入,同时在术前及术后四个月进行尖牙牙周临床指标测量。结果:第一组患者、第一个月的实验侧尖牙移动距离较对照侧增加0.33mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第二至第四个月两侧尖牙移动距离未见明显差异;第二组患者前两个月实验侧尖牙移动距离较对照侧分别增加0.31mm和0.35mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第三至第四个月两侧未见明显差异;第三组患者前三个月实验侧尖牙移动距离较对照侧分别增加0.29mm、0.34mm和0.36mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第四个月两侧移动距离未见明显差异。与术前相比,术后四个月对照侧和实验侧尖牙牙周探诊深度(PD)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)的变化不具有统计学意义。结论:丹参注射液离子导入可在短期内加速正畸牙移动,且不会增加牙周风险。

      Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on accelerating the movement of orthodontic teeth. Methods:Thirty patients with Angle class II classification 1 who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial People""s Hospital were selected, their bilateral maxillary first premolars were extracted, and they were randomly divided into three groups with 10 people in each group. Salvia injection iontophoresis was performed on the buccal side of the tooth extraction area (experimental side), and the contralateral side was treated with normal saline (control side), and then the canines were moved distally. The distances of canine retraction were measured in the first, second, third and fourth month. The distance of the distal movement of bilateral canines in months, the first group of patients underwent iontophoresis only in the first month, the second group of patients were rendered iontophoresis in the first two months, and the third group of patients received iontophoresis in the first three months, At the same time, periodontal clinical indexes of canines were measured before and 4 months after operation. Results: In the first group of patients, the distances of canine retraction on the experimental side increased by 0.33mm compared with the control side in the first month, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the distances of canine retraction on both sides from the second to the fourth month. In the first two months of the second group, the distances of canine retraction on the experimental side increased by 0.31mm and 0.35mm, respectively, compared with the control side, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the third and fourth months. In the first three months of the third group, the distances of canine retraction on the experimental side increased by 0.29 mm, 0.34 mm and 0.36 mm, respectively, compared with the control side, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant changes in periodontal probing depth (PD) and sulcus bleeding index (SBI) between the control and experimental canines at four months after surgery compared with preoperatively. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection iontophoresis can accelerate orthodontic tooth movement in the short term without increasing the periodontal risk.
