| 目的：观察穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减针对肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的临床疗效。方法：选取南昌大学第一附属医院治未病中心2020年9月至2021年2月60例肝郁脾虚型失眠患者，随机分为2组。对照组30人，给予四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗；观察组30人给予穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减治疗。观察两组疗效指标、中医证候积分指标以及匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSOI)指标。结果：观察组临床有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），中医证候积分以及匹兹堡睡眠质量评分前后对比，观察组优于对照组。结论：穴位贴敷联合四君子汤合四逆散加减比单纯运用四君子汤合四逆散加减针对肝郁脾虚型失眠临床疗效较佳，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective：To observe clinical effect of acupoint application combined with modified?sijunzi Decoction and sini Powder on insomnia patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type. Methods:Sixty insomnia patients from September 2020 to February 2021of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In the control group, 30 people were treated with modified sijunzi Decoction and sini Powder;In the observation group , 30 people were given acupoint application combined with modified?sijunzi Decoction and sini Powder. Observed the efficacy index, the TCM syndrome score index, and the Pittsburgh sleep quality score (PSOI) index .Results:The clinical response rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05),compare with control group the TCM syndrome score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of observation group are better.Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with modified?sijunzi Decoction and sini Powder is better than the pure use of modified?sijunzi Decoctionon and sini Powder Clinical effect of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of insomnia,It is worth promoting and applying. |
