| 目的：对常用数据库中发表的黄芩汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验类文献进行系统研究，归纳黄芩汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中医证型、用药情况、临床疗效、安全性等，以期为临床治疗提供参考证据。方法：对发表于中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Database)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)和PubMed数据库中的黄芩汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验类文章进行检索，包括作者姓名、发表时间、样本信息等资料的筛选、抽取；干预措施，临床效果，不良反应等信息的记录。结果：共纳入14篇文献，共计1058例UC患者。黄芩汤单独或与西医合用能显著改善整体疗效和疗效，并能明显降低不良反应的发生率。结论: 黄芩汤治疗UC具有较好的疗效和安全性，可以为临床提供参考价值。 |

| Objective: To systematically study the clinical trial-type literature on the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Baicalin Tang published in commonly used databases, and to summarize the Chinese medical evidence, drug use, clinical efficacy and safety of Baicalin Tang in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, with a view to providing reference evidence for clinical treatment. Methods: A search was conducted for articles published in the China Knowledge Infrastructure Project (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang Database), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (CCD) and PubMed database on clinical trials of Baicalin Tang in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, including the screening and extraction of information such as authors" names, publication time and sample information; interventions measures, clinical effects, adverse effects and other information were recorded. Results: A total of 14 articles with a total of 1058 patients with UC were included in the literature. Baicalin Tang alone or in combination with Western medicine significantly improved the overall efficacy and outcome and significantly reduced the incidence of adverse effects. Conclusion: Baicalin Tang has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of UC, and can provide clinical reference value. |
