| 目的： 研讨肾结石术后患者实施延续性护理效果与应用价值。方法： 收治我院实施手术治疗的肾结石患者100例,参照组50例：实施术后常规护理服务：测试组50：开展术后延续性护理对策：比较不同方案的护理价值。结果： 测试组护理依从性高于参照组,(P＜0.05)。测试组疾病复发率4.00%与不良反应发生率2.00%均低于参照组疾病复发率16.00%与不良反应发生率14.00%,(P＜0.05)。测试组护理满意度高于参照组,(P＜0.05)。护理前,两组患者的日常生活评分比较,差距小(P＞0.05)；护理后,测试组日常生活评分高于参照组,(P＜0.05)。结论： 延续性护理服务效果确切,适宜对肾结石术后患者应用,不仅可减低术后不良反应出现,还可提高其护理满意度,护理价值高。 |

| 【]】Objective: To discuss the effect and application value of continuous nursing in patients with renal calculi after operation. Methods: A total of 100 patients with kidney stones who were treated by operation in our hospital were included in the reference group (n = 50) : the implementation of postoperative routine nursing services: the test group (n = 50) : the implementation of postoperative continuous nursing countermeasures: the nursing value of different programs were compared.Results: The nursing compliance of the test group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of disease and the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group were 4.00% and 2.00%, which were lower than those in the reference group (16.00% and 14.00%, P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was a small difference in the daily life score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the daily life score of the test group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of continuous nursing service is exact and suitable for patients with kidney stones after operation. It can not only reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions, but also improve their nursing satisfaction, and has high nursing value. |
