      目的 探究血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)在原发性肾病综合征(PNS)中的变化及其与急性肾损伤(AKI)的关系。方法 选取2020年1月~2021年12月我院收治的100例原发性肾病综合征患儿作为研究组,选取同期100例健康体检儿童作为对照组。记录患儿24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、肾小球滤过率等肾功能实验室指标,测定患儿血清SCC水平,分析SCC在PNS患儿中的变化及其与AKI的关系。结果 PNS患儿的24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血清SCC水平均显著高于健康儿童,肾小球滤过率显著低于健康儿童(P<0.05)。合并AKI的PNS患儿24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血清SCC水平均显著高于未合并AKI的PNS患儿,肾小球滤过率显著低于未合并AKI的PNS患儿(P<0.05)。PNS患儿SCC水平与24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐存在显著正相关性(r=0.473、0.363,P<0.05),与肾小球滤过率存在显著负相关性(r=-0.427,P<0.05)。结论 PNS患儿中异常升高的SCC或可成为AKI发生的预测标志物。

      Objective To investigate the changes of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC) in primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) and its relationship with acute kidney injury (AKI). Methods 100 children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research group, and 100 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group. The 24-hour urinary protein quantification, serum creatinine, glomerular filtration rate and other renal function laboratory indicators were recorded, the serum SCC level was determined, and the changes of SCC in children with PNS and its relationship with AKI were analyzed. Results The 24-hour urine protein quantification, serum creatinine and serum SCC levels in children with PNS were significantly higher than those in healthy children, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly lower than that in healthy children (P<0.05). The 24-hour urine protein quantification, serum creatinine and serum SCC levels of PNS children with AKI were significantly higher than those of PNS children without AKI, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly lower than that of PNS children without AKI (P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between SCC level and 24h urine protein and serum creatinine (r=0.473, 0.363, P<0.05), and a significant negative correlation between SCC level and glomerular filtration rate (r =-0.427, P<0.05). Conclusion Abnormally elevated SCC in children with PNS may be a predictive marker of AKI.
