| 目的：研究补中益气汤加减结合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的急性加重期（AECOPD）患者的疗效。方法：将我院收治的120例AECOPD患者采用随机对照组法分为两组各60例，对照组实施沙美特罗替卡松治疗，治疗组给予补中益气汤加减联合沙美特罗替卡松。比较两组在治疗后的中医证候疗效、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标及血清CRP和PCT水平变化情况。结果：治疗后，相比于对照组，治疗组总有效率明显较高（P<0.05），治疗组临床症状消失时间明显较短（P<0.05）；治疗后两组肺功能指标和血清CRP和PCT水平明显改善（P<0.05）；且治疗组改善较明显（P＜0.05）。结论：采用沙美特罗替卡松结合补中益气汤加减治疗AECOPD，具有较好的临床疗效，能够改善患者肺功能。 |

| Objective: To study the efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with salmeterol and ticasone in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods: 120 patients with AECOPD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone, and the treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with salmeterol ticasone. After treatment, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, lung function indexes and the changes of serum CRP and PCT levels were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher (p<0.05), and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter (p<0.05); After treatment, lung function indexes and serum CRP and PCT levels were significantly improved in the two groups (p<0.05); And the treatment group improved significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion: salmeterol combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of AECOPD has a good clinical effect and can improve the lung function of patients. |
