| 应用数据挖掘方法，探索陆曙教授治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法：收集整理门诊中药处方，应用中医传承辅助平台（V3.0）建立数据库，进行数据挖掘，分析用药频次及药物间的关联规则，以探究其用药经验。结果：本研究共纳入陆曙教授治疗冠心病的门诊病例480例，提取处方462首，统计分析出高频用药24味，前5位药物为丹参、生甘草、茯苓、砂仁、紫檀，四气五味统计发现药性以温、寒为主，药味以甘、辛为主，由此进一步推演出核心处方3首。结论：陆曙教授治疗冠心病善用经方及自创方，常用药为丹参，常用方为交泰调脉方及丹参饮，用药方面寒温并用，且用量平和。其针对肾虚、火热、气郁、痰瘀多见，善以理气解郁、活血化瘀、化痰利湿。 |

| Objective: To analyze the medication rule of Professor Lu Shu in treating coronary heart disease by using data mining method.Methods: The TCM prescriptions were collected and the database was established by TCM Inheritance Support System(V3.0).Through data mining method, drug use frequency and association rules between drugs were obtained to analyze drug use experience.Results: A total of 480 outpatient cases of coronary heart disease treated by Professor Lu Shu were included in this study, and 462 prescriptions were extracted.Through software analysis, 24 high-frequency drugs were obtained.The top 5 drugs are Salvia miltiorrhiza, raw licorice, Poria, Amomum, red sandalwood.According to the statistics of the frequency of four qi and five flavors, the medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold, while the medicinal flavor was mainly sweet and bitter.Conclusion: Professor Lu Shu makes good use of classical prescriptions and self-created prescriptions in the treatment of coronary heart disease.The commonly used medicine is Salvia miltiorrhiza, and the commonly used prescriptions are Jiao Tai Tiao Mai prescription and Danshen Decoction.In terms of medication, use both cold and warm, and the dosage is moderate.It is aimed at kidney deficiency, fiery, qi stagnation, phlegm and stasis are more common, and good at regulating qi to relieve stagnation, promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm and dampness. |
