| 摘要：原发性痛经作为发生于青少年女性的常见疾病，多见于初潮后，给女性的日常活动带来了极大的不便。中药穴位贴敷是中医治疗原发性痛经的常用外治法，起到刺激穴位、温经通络的作用，操作方便，安全性高，标本兼治，临床疗效较好且应用广泛。近年来有关于中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的研究逐渐深入，因此，本文从原发性痛经的发病机制，中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的理论研究及临床应用方面进行综述，以更好地发挥中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的优势。 |

| Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea, as a common disease in young women, occurs mostly after menarche, which has a great impact on women"s daily activities. At present, the clinical application of western medicine for primary dysmenorrhea is limited due to its drug resistance and side effects. Acupoint application of Traditional Chinese medicine is a common external treatment for primary dysmenorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine. It can stimulate acupoints and dredge channels and collaterals. It is easy to operate, has high safety, treats both symptoms and root causes, has good clinical efficacy and is widely used. In recent years, research on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by TCM acupoint application has gradually deepened. Therefore, this paper reviews the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea, theoretical research and clinical application of TCM acupoint application in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, so as to give better play to the advantages of TCM external treatment for primary dysmenorrhea. |
