| 目的：探讨付氏升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：选取医院2021 年 1 月至2022 年 1 月收治的 60 例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症患者，依照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组，各 30 例。对照组给予利可君联合鲨肝醇治疗，治疗组给予付氏升白方治疗。观察两组对白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞计数（NE）、免疫功能提升情况（CD4、CD8计数）、升白细胞疗效、中医证候疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组WBC、NE以及 CD4水平均上升，CD8水平下降，且治疗组优于对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗组升白细胞治疗总有效率更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在中医症状积分方面，治疗后，两组中医症状积分均较治疗前降低，且治疗组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在不良反应方面，治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：付氏升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症疗效明显，可显著提升白细胞及机体免疫功能，改善临床症状，不良反应发生率低。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of “Fu’s Shengbai Decoction” in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors. Methods: 60 malignant tumor patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy who admitted in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with (Likejun combined with Batyl alcohol), and the therapy group was given “Fu’s Shengbai Decoction”. The clinical effects of the two groups on leukocyte count, immune function improvement (CD4, CD8 count) and TCM syndrome curative effect were observed. Results: After treatment, the levels of leukocyte count (WBC), neutrophil count (NE) and CD4 increased and the level of CD8 decreased in the two groups; There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was higher in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In terms of TCM symptom scores, after treatment, the TCM symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In terms of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fu’s Shengbai Decoction is effective in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors. It can significantly improve leukocyte and immune function, improve clinical symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions was low. |
