| 目的：探讨便携式肢体固定装置在经动静脉内瘘血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年1月~2020年10月在血液净化中心使用动静脉内瘘行血液透析的患者82例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组动静脉内瘘穿刺成功后用胶布固定进行常规护理，观察组动静脉内瘘穿刺成功后采用自制的便携式肢体固定装置固定患者穿刺侧腕部尺骨隆突上方，直至血液透析结束解除。对比两组血肿、穿刺针滑出发生率，对护理工作的满意度。结果：观察组血肿和穿刺针滑脱发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组对护理工作满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：便携式肢体固定装置在临床中应用，能够明显减少动静脉内瘘血液透析患者治疗中血肿和穿刺针头滑出发生，缓解患者治疗中的压力，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，提升了血液透析护理质量。 |

| Objective: To explore the application effect of portable limb fixation device in patients undergoing hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula. Methods: A total of 82 patients who used arteriovenous fistulas for hemodialysis in the blood purification center from January 2019 to October 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. After successful puncture of the arteriovenous fistula in the control group, it was fixed with tape for routine care. After the arteriovenous fistula in the observation group was successfully punctured, a self-made portable limb fixation device was used to fix the patient's ulnar carina on the puncture side until the end of hemodialysis. The incidence of hematoma and puncture needle sliding out and the satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of hematoma and puncture needle sliding out in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01). The satisfaction with nursing work of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The use of the portable limb fixation device in the clinical practice can significantly reduce the occurrence of hematoma and puncture needle sliding out during the treatment of patients with arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis, relieve the pressure of patients during treatment, improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work, and improve the nursing quality of hemodialysis. |
