      目的:探讨电头针对痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢运动功能的影响。方法:将2016年7月~2018年10月收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿88例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用电头针治疗。两组均治疗8周,对比两组治疗前后粗大运动功能量表评分、双下肢主要肌肉肌张力评分及生活质量评分。结果:治疗8周后,两组粗大运动功能评分较治疗前明显提高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗结束后,两组下肢内收肌群、腓肠肌、腘绳肌肌张力均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组腓肠肌、腘绳肌肌张力低于对照组(P<0.01),但两组治疗后内收肌肌张力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量水平较治疗前提高,且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电头针能显著改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床症状,降低下肢肌张力,促进粗大运动功能恢复,提高患儿生活质量。

      Objective: To investigate the effect of electric scalp-acupuncture on lower limb motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy . Methods: From July 2016 to October 2018, 88 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with electric scalp-acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The scores of gross motor function scale, main muscle tone of both lower limbs and quality of life were compared before and after treatment. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the gross motor function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). After the treatment, the tension of lower limb adductor, gastrocnemius and hamstring muscles in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01). The tension of gastrocnemius and hamstring muscles in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). However, there was no significant difference in adductor muscle tension between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, the quality of life of the two groups were improved than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Electric scalp-acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with spasmodic cerebral palsy, reduce lower limb muscle tension, promote the recovery of gross motor function, and improve the quality of life of children.
