| 目的：运用Meta分析方法对半夏泻心汤化裁治疗慢性咳嗽进行临床疗效评价，为临床更广泛的应用提供循证依据。方法：根据中国知网、万方、维普3个数据库的不同检索规则制定相应检索词后检索相关文献，筛检与标准相符的文献，然后运用RevMan5.3统计学软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果：纳入共计9篇文献、736例病例。Meta分析结果显示，半夏泻心汤化裁组于临床总有效率、缓解咳嗽严重程度和咳嗽消失时间方面皆优于对照组，漏斗图提示本结果可靠。结论：半夏泻心汤化裁治疗慢性咳嗽疗效确切。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Banxiaxiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic cough by Meta analysis, so as to provide evidence-based basis for wider clinical application. Methods: According to the different retrieval rules of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases, the corresponding search terms were formulated to retrieve the relevant literature, screened the literature consistent with the standards, and then RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used for meta-analysis of the included literature. Results: A total of 9 literatures and 736 cases were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the modified Banxiaxiexin decoction group was better than the control group in terms of clinical total effective rate, relieving cough severity and cough disappearance time. The funnel chart suggested that the results were reliable. Conclusion: Modified Banxiaxiexin decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic cough. |
