| 目的：探讨穴位注射红花黄色素联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性中风后肝郁不寐的临床疗效。方法：选取缺血性中风后出现失眠症状患者90例，经辨证分型为肝郁化火型，按随机数字表法分为常规西药组、联合治疗组及穴位注射组，每组30例。常规西药组予右佐匹克隆片治疗，联合治疗组采用穴位注射红花黄色素联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊，穴位注射组予红花黄色素穴位注射治疗。治疗28 d（4个疗程）。比较三组临床疗效，治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、脑卒中专用生活质量量表（SS-QOL）评分。结果：联合治疗组总有效率为90.00%，明显高于常规西药组的56.67%和穴位注射组的60.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗2个、4个疗程后，联合治疗组PSQI、SS-QOL评分改善优于常规西药组和穴位注射组（P均＜0.05）。结论：穴位注射红花黄色素联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性中风后肝郁不寐患者，可有效改善患者卒中后睡眠障碍及神经功能缺损。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment combined with oral Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression after ischemic stroke. Methods: 90 Patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke were collected, after TCM syndrome differentiation classification, were liver depression transforming into fire, which was classified into three groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The routine western medicine group was treated with dexzopiclone tablets, the combined treatment group were treated with acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment combined with oral Shuganjieyu capsule, the acupoint injection group were treated with acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment. All groups were treated for 28 d (four courses). The clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) score before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 56.67% of the routine western medicine group and 60.00% of the acupoint injection group (P＜0.05). After 2 and 4 courses of treatment, the improvement of PSQI and SS-QOL scores in the combined treatment group was better than that in the routine western medicine group and acupoint injection group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment combined with oral Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression after ischemic stroke, can effectively improve sleep disorders and neurological impairment after stroke in patients. |
