| 目的：归纳分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间所用到的治法、经络及穴位，以期为恢复期患者的康复治疗提供参考。方法：检索国家中医药管理局官网和国家及各地区卫生健康委员会官网，查找国家及各地区新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期中医适宜技术最新版本相关文件，提取治法、经络及穴位信息并进行归纳分析。结果：治法主要分为针刺、艾灸、推拿、其他疗法四大类，共涉及经络12条，总使用频次为54次；共用穴位66个，总使用频次242次。针刺共涉及经络12条、使用频次为12次，穴位40个、使用频次为86次；艾灸共涉及经络9条、使用频次为9次，穴位31个，使用频次为50次；推拿共涉及经络9条、使用频次为20次，共用穴位34个、使用频次39次；其他疗法共涉及5种治法，经络6条、使用频次为13次，穴位42个、使用频次为67次。结论：新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者以气阴两伤和肺脾气虚两种证型为主，在康复治疗过程中可采用中医适宜技术，经络选择上当首先考虑膀胱经、任脉，穴位选择上当首选肺俞穴。 |

| Objective: To summarize and analyze the therapeutic methods, meridians and acupoints used during the epidemic period of Novel coronavirus pneumonia, so as to provide reference for rehabilitation treatment of patients in recovery period. Methods: Retrieved the official websites of the National Administration of traditional chinese medicine and the national and regional health committees, found the latest version of the appropriate technology for new coronavirus pneumonia in the national and regional recovery stages, the information of therapeutic methods, meridians and acupoints were extracted, summarized and analyzed. Results: The therapeutic methods were mainly divided into acupuncture, moxibustion, massage and other therapies, involving 12 meridians, with a total frequency of 54 times; 66 common acupoints were used, and the total frequency was 242. Acupuncture involved 12 meridians with 12 times of use, 40 acupoints with 86 times of use; Moxibustion involved 9 meridians with 9 times of use, 31 acupoints with 50 times of use; Massage involved 12 meridians, and the frequency of use was 20 times. There were 17 common acupoints, and the frequency of use was 39 times; Other therapies involved 5 kinds of therapies, including 10 meridians, 13 times of use, 28 acupoints, 67 times of use. Conclusion: The novel coronavirus pneumonia patients are mainly two types syndrome, two injuries of Qi and Yin and the Lung spleen Qi deficiency. In the process of rehabilitation treatment, the appropriate techniques of TCM are adopted. The choice of meridians is first considered the bladder meridian, Ren meridian, and the selection of acupoints for lung Shu point. |
