| 随着科学技术的发展,生活学习方式的转变,视疲劳的发病率增加,逐渐得到了人们的重视。临床上,主要是通过询问患者的症状和进行主观问卷调查等方式对视疲劳诊断和评估,主观评估方法多有个体差异的缺点,而基于生物信号检测的客观评价方法存在运动伪影等诸多问题。目前,中药单体和中成药对于视疲劳的治疗作用机制的研究依然处于初步探索阶段。因此,如何更加精确客观的评估视疲劳以及完善中医药对于视疲劳作用机制的研究是当前亟需解决的问题。本文总结了近年来关于视疲劳的客观评估方法以及中药单体和中成药对其治疗的作用机理,以期为视疲劳的诊疗提供一定的参考。 |

| With the development of science and manufacturing, the change of life and learning style, the incidence of visual fatigue increases, and people gradually pay attention to it. Clinically, visual fatigue is primarily diagnosed and evaluated by asking patients" symptoms and undergoing subjective questionnaire surveys. Subjective evaluation methods mostly have shortcomings of individual differences, while objective evaluation methods founded on biological signal detection have many problems such as motion artifacts. At present, the research on the therapeutic mechanism of TCM monomer and proprietary Chinese medicine on visual fatigue is still in the conceptual exploration stage. Therefore, how to evaluate visual fatigue more accurately and objectively and how to enhance the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on visual fatigue are urgent problems to be solved at present. This paper summarizes the objective evaluation methods of visual fatigue in recent years and the therapeutic mechanism of Chinese monomer and patent medicine to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of visual fatigue. |
