| 目的：评估系统心理护理干预对鼻内窥镜手术患者围手术期抑郁和焦虑的影响。方法：选择120例于2020年2月-12月在宜春市人民医院耳鼻喉科住院并行鼻内窥镜手术的患者，按随机对照原则分为实验组（在给予基本术后护理和健康教育指导基础上实施系统心理护理干预）和对照组（只给予基本护理和健康教育指导)，每组60例，比较实验组和对照组的PHA-9和GAD-7量表评分。结果：与鼻内镜手术前相比，术后对照组患者的PHQ-9和GAD-7的评分均高于手术前，而实验组患者术前的PHA-9和GAD-7评分和术后相比较无统计学差异，实验组患术后的PHA-9和GAD-7评分均低于对照组。结论：系统心理护理干预有助于改善鼻内镜手术患者围手术期的抑郁和焦虑情绪。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the influence of system mental intervention on perioperative depression and anxiety in patients referred with endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients referred with endoscopic sinus surgery, who were hospitalized in the Yi Chun People"s Hospital Department of Otolaryngology from February to December 2020, were randomly separated into two groups: observation cohort and control cohort, each cohort has 60 cases of patients referred with endoscopic sinus surgery. Usual care and regular health guidance were carried out for both cohort, and systematic mental intervention was only used in observation cohort. All patients were evaluated by GAD-7 and PHA-9 scales. Results: the PHA-9 and GAD-7 scores in the control cohort after endoscopic sinus surgery were higher than those before endoscopic sinus surgery, While there was no significant difference in PHA-9 and GAD-7′ scores for the observation cohort between preoperative and postoperative. The PHA-9 and GAD-7 scores of the patients between preoperative and postoperative in the case cohort were both lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Perioperation systematic mental intervention can help relieve depression and anxiety of the patients referred with endoscopic sinus surgery. |
