| 摘要：目的 以数据挖掘为基础探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）中的核心药对和潜在配伍规律，以期为今后的临床治疗及理论研究提供更多的选择和参考。方法 收集文献数据库中从建库至2020年12月的所有关于肝郁脾虚型IBS-D的相关文献，提取相关方药信息后运用相关软件进行频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果 共纳入704篇文献，228味药物，中药归经以脾经为主，药性以温为主，药味以甘为主，补虚药用之最多；前8位高频药物为白术、白芍、陈皮、防风、茯苓、柴胡、党参、甘草；关联规则分析示白术、陈皮、防风、白芍有强关联性；聚类分析分为6类，分别为方剂痛泻要方、参苓白术散、柴胡疏肝散、半夏泻心汤加减及活血行气类与温中涩肠类。结论 数据挖掘研究为IBS-D今后的理论、临床研究提供了依据；临床上多用痛泻要方加减治疗，且多秉持柔肝健脾，温中涩肠原则，并结合临床实际情况进行辨证论治。 |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the core drug pairs and potential compatibility rules in diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) based on data mining, in order to provide more choices and references for future clinical treatment and theoretical research. Methods Collect all the relevant literature on IBS-D of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type in the literature database from the establishment of the database to December 2020, and use relevant software to perform frequency analysis, association rule analysis, and cluster analysis after extracting relevant prescription information. Results A total of 228 medicines were included in 704 literatures.The meridian of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on the spleen meridian, the medicinal properties are mainly warm, the medicinal taste is mainly sweet, and the type of Chinese medicine is mainly tonic medicine.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine were Atractylodes macrocephala,paeoniae alba radix,pericarpium citri reticulatae,divaricate saposhnikovia root,poria cocos,bupleuri radix, codonopsis radix and licorice.Association rule analysis showed that atractylodes macrocephala, pericarpium citri reticulatae, divaricate saposhnikovia root and paeoniae alba radix had strong correlation.The cluster analysis was divided into 6 categories,which were Tongxie Yaofang, Shenling Baizhu Powder, Chaihu Shugan Powder, Banxia Xiexin Decoction, the medicine of promoting qi to activate blood,the me-dicine of warming the intestines and intensifying the intestine.Conclusion Data mining research provides a basis for future theoretical and clinical research on IBS-D; Tongxie Yaofang are often used for clinical treatment, and the principles of softening the liver and strengthening the spleen, warming the intestines and intensifying the intestine are often followed, and combined with the act-ual clinical situation for syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
