| 脑卒中后抑郁( post - stroke depression,PSD) 是脑卒中后最为常见的并发症之一,同时也是影响疾病恢复的一大重要阻碍因素,故脑血管疾病恢复期或后遗症期阶段的防预防治是近年来的热点和难点。目前,PSD的具体发病机制尚不明确,且尚无明确的PSD的诊断标准。现检索查阅相关文献,并进行整理总结,本文从中医角度对卒中后抑郁的病因病机进行辩证分型分析,阐述经验方、中药外用、针灸、推拿、心理疏导等多种治疗手段对于PSD的治疗效果,并为今后的治疗及研究方向作出展望。 |
