| 目的 观察中药熏浴联合PNF治疗ACLR术后膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 两组患者共48例,实验组与对照组各24例,两组患者均给予常规康复及PNF治疗,实验组另增加中药熏浴疗法。两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗2周、4周时进行VAS、肿胀、AROM、位置觉、BBS以及LKSS评分,并做比较分析。结果 两组患者治疗前VAS、肿胀、AROM、位置觉、BBS、LKSS比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05；治疗2周后,实验组VAS、肿胀、AROM、LKSS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)；而位置觉、BBS评分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗4周后,实验组VAS、肿胀、AROM、位置觉、BBS、LKSS等六项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)；结论 与单纯采用PNF相比,中药熏浴疗法与PNF相结合的康复治疗方法,对ACLR术后膝关节障碍的临床疗效更为显著。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation bath combined with PNF in the treatment of postoperative knee dysfunction after ACLR.Methods there were 48 patients in the two groups, 24 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group. The two groups were given routine rehabilitation and PNF treatment, and the experimental group was added Chinese medicine fumigation bath therapy.VAS, swelling, AROM, position perception, BBS and LKSS were scored in 2 groups before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, respectively, and a comparative analysis was made.Results There was no significant difference in VAS, swelling, AROM, position sense, BBS and LKSS between 2 groups before treatment, P>0.05；After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of VAS, swelling, AROM and LKSS in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in position perception and BBS score between the two groups (P>0.05)；After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of VAS, swelling, AROM, position sensation, BBS and LKSS in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with PNF alone, TCM fumigation therapy combined with PNF has a more significant clinical effect on postoperative knee joint dysfunction after ACLR. |
