| 目的：探讨超声引导下射频消融术治疗甲状旁腺腺瘤的有效性及安全性进行分析。方法： 于2019年10月~2021年2月于福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院行射频消融治疗甲状旁腺腺瘤10例。对比术前及术后2 h、1 d、3 d、7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月和1年的血清全段甲状旁腺素（iPTH）、血钙（Ca）、血磷（P）的水平，并对并发症情况进行随访。结果：完全消融甲状旁腺腺瘤结节11个。术后各时段复查血iPTH、Ca、P较术前明显下降（P<0.05），并维持正常水平。术后出现声音嘶哑2例，口服甲钴胺后1周后逐渐恢复正常。术后至随访终点未出现复发。结论：射频消融治疗甲状旁腺腺瘤，可有效降低iPTH水平，维持血钙正常，是一种安全、有效的微创治疗。 |

| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of parathyroid adenoma. Methods: From October 2019 to February 2021, 10 cases of parathyroid adenoma were treated with radiofrequency ablation in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University. The levels of serum parathyroid hormone (iPTH), calcium and phosphorus before operation, 2 h, 1 d, 3 d, 7 d, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year after operation were compared, and the complications were followed up. Results: 11 Parathyroid adenoma nodules were completely ablated. The levels of serum iPTH, Ca and P were rechecked at various times after the operation, which were significantly lower than those before the operation (P<0.05), and maintained normal levels. Hoarseness occurred in 2 cases after operation, and gradually returned to normal 1 week after oral Mecobalamin. There was no recurrence from postoperative to the end of follow-up. Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of parathyroid adenoma can effectively reduce the level of iPTH and maintain normal blood calcium. It is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment. |
