| 目的 分析温针灸在寒湿痹阻证神经根型颈椎病急性期患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院在2019年1月至2021年1月期间收治并被中医辨证为寒湿痹阻证神经根型颈椎病急性期患者80例，按随机数字法分为两组，即对照组40例，给予常规西医治疗；观察组40例，基于对照组治疗方法给予温针灸治疗；比较两组治疗效果、颈椎功能恢复情况。结果 观察组治疗效果优于对照组（94.50% VS 80.0%），治疗后颈肩部疼痛、上肢疼痛麻木、遇寒加重评分与颈部残障指数（NDI）、Northwick Park颈痛量表（NPQ）评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 温针灸治疗寒湿痹阻证神经根型颈椎病急性期取得显著效果，颈椎功能改善明显。 |

| Objective To analyze the application value of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in acute stage of cervical radiculopathy with cold and dampness syndrome. Methods a total of 80 patients with acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group (n = 40) received conventional western medicine treatment. Observation group 40 cases, based on the treatment method of control group was given warm acupuncture treatment; The treatment effect and recovery of cervical spine function were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (94.50% VS 80.0%). After treatment, neck and shoulder pain, upper limb pain numbness, cold aggravation score and neck disability index (NDI), Northwick Park neck pain scale (NPQ) score All lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve significant effect in treating radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis with cold and dampness obstruction syndrome. |
