| 目的：运用Meta分析方法对半夏泻心汤化裁治疗慢性咳嗽进行临床疗效评价,为临床更广泛应用提供循证依据。方法：根据中国知网、万方、维普三个数据库的不同检索规则制定相应检索语言后检索相关文献,筛检与标准相符的研究,然后运用RevMan 5.3统计软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果：共计9篇文献、736例病例。Meta分析结果显示,半夏泻心汤化裁组于总有效率、咳嗽严重程度评分和咳嗽消失时间方面皆优于对照组,漏斗图提示本结果可靠。结论：半夏泻心汤化裁治疗慢性咳嗽疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:Using meta analysis to estimate the efficacy outcomes of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic cough,providing basis for clinical application. Methods:Based on the retrieval rules of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases, the corresponding retrieval languages were developed and filtrating literature that meet the requirements,and then using the RevMan 5.3 to analysis. Results:Altogether 9 studies and 736 sick person were contained. By means of systematic analysis, in point of clinical total effective rate, cough frequency and intensity relief, tussis clearance time, the therapeutic outcome of intervention group was excel than the matched group. The funnel plot indicate that the consequence was dependable. Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction has definite clinical effect on chronic cough, which is worthy of clinical application. |
