| 目的 观察中药益坤饮联合耳穴埋籽、中药足浴治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院2019年1月至2020年12月就诊的80例心肾不交型围绝经期综合征患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(中医综合疗法)及对照组(坤泰胶囊),于治疗前后分别运用改良Kupperman评分量表进行症状评估,并进行疗效判定。结果 两组治疗后Kupperman积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),两组间治疗后Kupperman积分观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；总有效率比较观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医综合疗法可明显改善治疗围绝经期综合征患者临床症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。 |

| bstract：Purpose To observe the curative effect of Yikun decoction combined with ear point seed embedding and foot bath in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with heart kidney disharmony perimenopausal syndrome in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group (TCM Comprehensive Therapy) and control group (Kuntai Capsule). The symptoms were evaluated by Modified Kupperman Index before and after treatment, and the curative effect was determined. Results The KMI score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the KMI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05); The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The TCM Comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome, with definite curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application. |
