      摘要:目的 检测耐碳氢酶烯类药物的肠杆菌科细菌(以下简称CRE)中的的qacEΔl-sull基因,并对该基因在CRE的流行情况进行分析 方法 采用全自动微生物分析系统 VITEK 2-COMPACT 的鉴定卡、药敏卡进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验, 应用PCR 扩增法对qacEΔ1-sul1基因进行扩增,并测序分析 结果 检测15株耐碳氢酶烯药物的肺炎克雷伯杆菌中有14株携带 qacEΔl-sull耐消毒剂基因,检出率的阳性率为93%(14/15) 结论 耐消毒剂qacEΔl-sull基因极高的检出率表明肠杆菌科细菌对消毒剂的抗性极高,这种高抗性可导致医院常规消毒剂在正常规定使用浓度下无效,从而对环境耐药菌造成污染严重,此现象应引起医务人员对消毒剂浓度使用和医院感染的高度重视
英文摘要:
      objective to detect the qacE Δ l-sull gene of carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) and analyze the prevalence of this gene in cre. Methods the full-automatic microbiological analysis system VITEK 2-compact and its supporting identification card and drug sensitivity card were used for identification and drug sensitivity test. The qacE Δ 1-sul1 gene was amplified by PCR and the positive gene was sequenced Results 14 of 15 carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae strains carried qacE Δ l-sull gene, and the detection rate was 93% (14 / 15). Conclusion The high detection rate of disinfectant resistant qacE Δ l-sull gene indicates that the resistance of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria to disinfectants is increased. This high resistance can lead to the inefficiency of conventional disinfectants in hospitals under the normal prescribed concentration, thus causing serious pollution to environmental drug-resistant bacteria. This phenomenon should arouse the attention of medical staff to the use of disinfectant concentration and hospital infection.
