| 目的 研究四君子汤对脾虚大鼠胃粘膜TNF-α、IL-6表达及各组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数的影响,探讨其对胃黏膜保护相关作用机制。方法: 将大鼠随机分成空白对照组、脾虚模型组、四君子汤干预组、西药组、自然康复组,以小承气汤灌胃联合饮食失节进行脾虚大鼠造模,经药物灌胃干预4周后取出胃组织,运用Cuth法计算各组胃黏膜损伤指数,ELISA检测TNF-α、IL-6表达水平,分析胃黏膜损伤的情况。结果:与模型组相比,四君子汤组能下调脾虚大鼠TNF-α、IL-6的表达(P＜0.01)和保护胃黏膜。结论：四君子汤能显著改善脾虚证胃粘膜组织的溃疡损伤,可能通过下调TNF-α、IL-6的表达来修复胃黏膜从而改善脾虚。 |

| Aim:To observe the effect of drugs on the expression of TNF - α and IL-6 in gastric mucosa of spleen deficiency rats and the gastric mucosal injury index of rats in each group, and to explore the related mechanism of its protection on gastric mucosa. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, spleen deficiency model group, Si junzi Decoction intervention group、Western medicine group and natural rehabilitation group. Xiaochengqi decoction combined with improper diet was used to establish the model of spleen deficiency rats. After 4 weeks of drug intragastric intervention, gastric tissue was taken out. The gastric mucosal injury index was calculated by using the cut method, and the expression levels of TNF - α and IL-6 were detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with the control group, Si junzi Decoction group could down regulate the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 (P <0.01) and protect gastric mucosa. Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction can significantly improve the gastric mucosal ulcer injury of spleen deficiency syndrome, which may repair gastric mucosa by down regulating the expression of TNF-α and IL-6, so as to improve the spleen deficiency. |
