| 目的 探讨出诊医师电话医疗指导创伤患者对院前急救效果的影响。方法 选取2019年2月-2020年2月南昌急救中心采取常规院前急救期间收治的创伤患者126例作为对照组，另选取2020年3月-2021年3月南昌急救中心采取出诊医师电话医疗指导的院前急救期间收治的创伤患者126例作为观察组。比较两组预后情况、确定性手术治疗时间、住院时间和急救满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.03%，高于对照组的87.30%，确定性手术治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组，急救满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 出诊医师电话医疗指导能够提升创伤患者院前急救效果，有助于患者疾病康复，提升急救满意度。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of visiting physicians" telephone medical guidance on trauma patients on the effect of pre-hospital first aid. Methods 126 trauma patients admitted during the routine pre-hospital emergency treatment at Nanchang Emergency Center from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group, and the Nanchang Emergency Center from March 2020 to March 2021 was selected for medical guidance by visiting physicians. 126 trauma patients admitted during the pre-hospital emergency treatment period served as the observation group. The prognosis, definitive surgical treatment time, hospital stay and first aid satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.03%, which was higher than 87.30% in the control group. The definitive surgical treatment time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group. The first aid satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Telephone medical guidance by visiting physicians can improve the effect of pre-hospital first aid for trauma patients, help patients recover from illness, and improve first aid satisfaction. |
