| 目的 探讨便携式肢体固定装置在经动静脉内瘘血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年10月在血液净化中心使用动静脉内瘘行血液透析的患者82例,按照随机数字法将其分为2组。对照组动静脉内瘘穿刺成功后用胶布固定进行常规护理,观察组动静脉内瘘穿刺成功后采用自制的便携式肢体固定装置固定患者穿刺侧腕部尺骨隆凸上方直至血液透析结束解除。就对照组21930次和观察组22140次穿刺治疗中血肿、穿刺针滑出发生率进行对比观察,并对两组患者满意度进行比较。结果 观察组的血肿发生率和穿刺针滑出发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。观察组总满意率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 运用便携式肢体固定装置能够明显减少经动静脉内瘘血液透析患者治疗中血肿和穿刺针滑出的发生,缓解患者治疗中的压力,患者对护理工作满意度增加,提升了血液透析护理质量。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of portable limb fixation device in patients with hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 82 patients who used arteriovenous fistulas for hemodialysis in the blood purification center from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number method. After successful puncture of the arteriovenous fistula in the control group, it was fixed with tape for routine care. After the arteriovenous fistula in the observation group was successfully punctured, a self-made portable limb fixation device was used to fix the patient"s ulnar carina on the puncture side until the end of hemodialysis. The incidence of hematoma and puncture needle slipping out during 21,930 times in the control group and 22,140 times in the observation group were compared and observed, and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The incidence of hematoma and puncture needle slippage in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion The use of a portable limb fixation device can significantly reduce the occurrence of hematoma and puncture needle slipping out of patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis, relieve the pressure of patients during treatment, increase patient satisfaction with nursing work, and improve the quality of hemodialysis care. |
