| 目的 探讨穴位注射红花黄色素针联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性中风后肝郁不寐的临床疗效。方法 收集脑梗死后出现失眠症状的患者90例,经辨证分型为肝郁化火型,按随机数字表分三组,每组30例,治疗28天(4疗程)总结疗效。常规西药组予右佐匹克隆片治疗,联合治疗组采用穴位注射红花黄色素针联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊。穴位注射组予红花黄色素针穴位注射。三组的睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分在治疗14天(2疗程)、28天(4疗程)后进行前后比较,三组组间两两比较。治疗结束后三组疗效比较。结果 联合治疗组总有效率为90%,明显高于右佐匹克隆组的56.67%和穴位注射组的60%(P＜0.05)；治疗2、4疗程后,但观察组相比对照组睡眠障碍、神经功能缺损改善效果更佳,且随着疗程的延长,改善越明显(均P＜0.05)。结论 穴位注射红花黄色素针联合口服疏肝解郁胶囊有效改善卒中后睡眠障碍及神经功能缺损,并且随着疗程的延长,改善越明显。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment combined with oral Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression after ischemic stroke. Methods 90 cases of insomnia after cerebral infarction were collected, which were classified into three groups according to the random number table, 30 cases in each group. Routine western medicine group to western medicine sleeping drugs right zopiclone tablet treatment, combined with the treatment group point injection safflower yellow needle combined with oral Shugan Jieyu capsule. In the simple acupoint injection group, safflower yellow needle was injected at acupoint. The scores of PSQI in the three groups were compared before and after 14 days (2 courses) and 28 days (4 courses) of treatment. After the treatment, the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 90%, which was significantly higher than 56.67% of the right zopiclone group and 60% of the acupoint injection group . (P＜0.05)Conclusion Acupoint injection of safflower yellow pigment needle combined with oral Shugan Jieyu capsule can effectively improve sleep disorder and nerve function defect after stroke, and the improvement is more obvious with the course of treatment. |
