      目的:研究和检测壳聚糖(CTS)对变形链球菌(S.Mutans)的抑制作用。方法:将不同浓度CTS与同等浓度NAF及生理盐水进行比较。检测各组细菌PH变化,计算ΔPH。通过对比检测值,评估不同浓度的CTS对S.mutans的抑制效果。结果:CTS和NaF组细菌数量均有不同程度减少,且与实验药物浓度呈正相关。CTS组的OD值和ΔPH值均小于空白对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。而 CTS组与NaF组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1) CTS与NaF均能抑制S.变形链球菌生长,本实验浓度条件下浓度越高,抑菌效果越强。(2)在本实验的条件下,CTS的抗菌作用与NaF的抗菌作用无统计学差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate and detect the inhibitory effect of chitosan (CTS) on S. Mutans.MethodsChoose different concentrations of CTS with the same concentration of NAF and normal saline group as the control, MTT method was used to detect the bacterial absorbance value under different concentrations, judge bacterial activity and value-added; detect the changes of bacterial PH in each group, calculate PH. The inhibitory effect of CTS on S. mutans was evaluated by comparing the detection value.ResultsThe number of bacteria in CTS and NaF groups decreased and positively correlated with the concentration; OD value and PH in CTS group were lower than those in blank control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between CTS group and NaF group (P > 0.05). Conclusion(1) CTS and NaF both inhibited the growth of S. Mutans and the inhibitory effect was concentration dependent. (2) under the concentration of this experiment, the bacteriostatic effect of CTS was not significantly different from NaF.
