| 目的：通过分析PLGC的中医证型分布，以及6种证型与HP感染和胃黏膜病理改变之间的联系，为中医指导PLGC辩证诊治提供循证医学证据。方法： 通过临床研究方法分析120例PLGC患者的中医证型、HP感染和病理诊断数据，分析PLGC中医证型分布，及其与HP感染、胃黏膜病理改变的相关关系。结果： HP感染情况，经统计分析P<0.05，6种证型与HP感染有一定相关性。脾胃湿热证感染率最高。在腺体萎缩分布比较，经卡方检验P<0.05，具有统计学意义，胃络瘀阻证明显高于其他证型，可以通过证型预判断萎缩是否为阳性。在肠上皮化生、异型增生分布比较无明显相关性。结论：胃癌前病变中医证型与HP感染有相关性，脾胃湿热证感染率最高，胃癌前病变中医证型与胃黏膜萎缩改变有相关性，胃络瘀阻证更容易表现为胃黏膜萎缩。 |

| Objective: To provide evidence-based medical evidence for TCM dialectical diagnosis and treatment of PLGC by analyzing the distribution of TCM syndromes and the relationship between 6 syndromes and Hp infection and pathological changes of gastric mucosa. Methods: The TCM syndromes, Hp infection and pathological diagnosis data of 120 patients with PLGC were analyzed by clinical research, and the distribution of TCM syndromes of PLGC was analyzed, as well as the correlation between TCM syndromes and Hp infection and pathological changes of gastric mucosa. Results: Hp infection, statistical analysis P<0.05, 6 syndromes and Hp infection have a certain correlation. The infection rate of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach was the highest. Compared with the distribution of gland atrophy, the chi-square test showed P<0.05, which was statistically significant. The syndrome of gastric collaterals stasis was significantly higher than other syndromes, which could be used to prejudge whether atrophy was positive or not. There was no significant correlation between intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia. Conclusion: TCM syndrome type of precancerous lesion is correlated with Hp infection, and the infection rate of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is the highest. TCM syndrome type of precancerous lesion is correlated with gastric mucosa atrophy, and gastric collateral stasis syndrome is more likely to be manifested as gastric mucosa atrophy. |
