| 目的：观察青陈合剂治疗小儿非特异性功能性腹痛脾虚气滞证的临床疗效。方法：收集非特异性功能性腹痛脾虚气滞证患儿90例，分为2组，对照组给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗，治疗组给予青陈合剂，治疗2周。结果：治疗组患儿发生腹痛的频率低于对照组（P＜0.05），腹痛消失时间较对照组短（P＜0.05），且复发率小于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组在改善腹胀、呕吐、食欲不振、大便不调等次要症状的时间均较对照组短（P均＜0.05）。治疗组患儿治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前和对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组总有效率为86.7%，对照组总有效率为64.4%，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：青陈合剂可明显减轻脾虚气滞型特异性功能性腹痛患儿的腹痛症状，减少腹痛的复发，青陈合剂治疗脾虚气滞型非特异性功能性腹痛疗效显著。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingchen mixture treating children with functional abdominal pain-not otherwise specified（FAP-NOS）of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome. Methods：90 children with FAP-NOS were divided into 2 groups.The control group was given compound eosinophil lactobacillus, and the treatment group was given Qingchen mixture for 2 weeks. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, and that of the control group was 64.4%，the syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than before and those of the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Qingchen mixture is effective for treating chilren with FAP-NOS of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome. |
