| 目的：依据当前国家中医药管理局官网,国家及各地区的卫生健康委员会官网公布的有关COVID-19恢复期中医适宜技术最新版本的文件,归纳分析此次疫情期间所用到的治法、经络及穴位,以期为恢复期患者的康复治疗提供参考。方法：检索国家中医药管理局官网和国家及各地区卫生健康委员会,查找国家及各地区新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期中医适宜技术最新版本的的相关文件,提取信息并进行归纳分析。结果：治法主要分为针刺、艾灸、推拿、其它疗法四大类,共涉及经络12条,总使用频次为43次；共用穴位66个,总使用频次288次。针刺共涉及经络12条,共用穴位40个,艾灸共涉及经络9条,共用穴位31个,推拿共涉及经络12条,共用穴位17个,其它疗法共涉及5种治法,共用穴位28个,结论：心冠肺炎恢复期的患者以气阴两伤和肺脾气虚两种证型为主,中医适宜技术在康复治疗过程中,经络选择上当首先考虑膀胱经、任脉,穴位选择上当首选肺俞穴。 |

| Objective: To summarize and analyze the treatment methods, meridians and acupoints used during the epidemic period according to the latest version of covid-19 appropriate technology of traditional Chinese Medicine published on the official website of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the official websites of national and regional health committees, so as to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients in the recovery period. Novel coronavirus pneumonia and the National Health Council were searched and searched for relevant documents of the latest version of the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine in the recovery period of new coronavirus pneumonia in the country and district. Results: the therapeutic methods were mainly divided into four categories: acupuncture, moxibustion, massage and other therapies, involving 12 channels and collaterals, with a total frequency of 43 times; 66 acupoints were shared, with a total frequency of 288 times. Acupuncture involves 12 meridians and 40 common acupoints, moxibustion involves 9 meridians and 31 common acupoints, massage involves 12 meridians and 17 common acupoints, and other therapies involve 5 treatments and 28 common acupoints. Conclusion: in the convalescent period of patients with coronary heart disease, Qi and Yin injuries and lung and spleen qi deficiency are the two main syndromes. In the process of rehabilitation treatment, the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine should select the meridians The bladder meridian and Ren meridian should be considered first in Shangdang, and Feishu acupoint should be selected first in Shangdang. |
